Service content

The user is sole responsible about videos, messages, informations, user names and as a general matter, any content delivered trough iVideotweet or trough other services such as Twitter. The user accepts that the service editor might delete, partially or totally, any content available on iVideotweet web site, if this content is not in accordance with applicable laws or moral codes.

Applicable law

Any dispute in relation to the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions shall be referred to the Paris courts.
